[Slow down and take a deep breath host. I'd prefer if you ask them one at a time but to answer your questions:
Firstly, your name Rosa is your suggested name. You are suggested to take and use this name. Reason being that, every being in existence has a soul name. A soul name is the true identity of a person. Only a person who knows his soul can know his identity and thus, knows his soul name. However, you can't prance around telling your soul name. It's like exposing your true inner-self. Telling your soul name to someone is like telling them you trust them with your soul. And as you might have guessed, indeed your soul name is Nasrin Adair. So, you can't use it as a name to introduce to others anymore.
Secondly, for a person with relatively low to zero cultivation, you are powerful but you are also weak. You haven't reached your true potential yet because you have only just recently developed your conscience. You have these abilities only because they are extremely compatible with you or relatively easy to pull off. Even then, all of your abilities except some racial abilities are only in beginner level.
You do not have any spiritual cultivation because you used the surrounding spiritual energy to cultivate your soul energy which also answers your other question. To understand that, you have to know that every living thing has a soul but harvesting the soul energy is like literally killing them.
But, the spiritual energy exuded by living things also contain trace amount of soul energy in them. To extract said energy, all spiritual energy is condensed to hold that trace. In doing so, you are using the condensed spiritual energy like a cup, albeit a very unstable one which easily dissipates to the surrounding leaving only a little spiritual energy to call your own. The remainder of the spiritual energy that you had accumulated after 10,000 years has been used up to make make your human form. Unlike other transformations which continually uses energy to hold, this form is like a second body. Basically, you don't need any extra energy to change back and forth between your bodies. This took all your spiritual energy.
Also, even though you have soul cultivation, it is only the second stage. This is due to not having a good cultivation technique. The trace amount of soul energy is also another reason. With that, the cultivation stages for both soul and spiritual types are:
