All eyes were on Susan, she was shaking and then she turned to Monica. "What do you mean?"
Monica giggled. "You're the culprit, Susan."
Susan looked afraid but she changed her expression and smiled, "I see now, Monica. You're trying to throw the blame to me. Haha! You're wrong." Susan laughed like mad.
"Do you think I dare to break my own mother's necklace?" She giggled.
"We all saw it! You're stepping on it! You-"
"I did! But, I didn't step on it that hard and how could it break easily?" Susan was sweating and she then turned to her father, whispered to him. "Papa.."
He then looked at her but his eyes seemed full of doubt like everyone else in the room. No one in the room seemed to buy her words.
"Susan, you knew it. Not only that, I think you dare to because you don't care about it as long as you can finally set me up." Susan was too afraid she fell down to her knees and looked at Monica furiously.
"Monica, you-"
"I admit it!"
Everyone looked at the owner of the voice, she was kneeling in front of Monica and started apologizing.
"I'm sorry. Sob.. sob.." Susan looked at her with a confused look.
"I was the one that planned it. I knew both of you aren't on a good term and I don't like you bothering my young miss. That's why I set you up, Miss Monica." Susan can not believe what the maid just said.
"Hey, what're you doing?"
"Miss, I was wrong. I thought you'd be happy if I did this. Please don't take the blame."
'Why did you take the blame for me? You're just a lowly maid!' Susan cried, "Hic..hic." and stared at Monica.
"It was indeed me. I set you-"
"Miss Monica! Miss Susan was just defending me. It is me! It's me. Please.. punish me." Susan covered her mouth.
'Why it's you? Why didn't Papa defend me? Why it isn't my friends? Why it's not Mike? Why a lowly maid did it? I always bully you. So why?!!'
She yelled at the maid. "Go away! It is me. It was m-"
Pap. Her father slapped the maid.
"Guard! Take her away and punish her." Susan was too shocked.
"Papa.." He gave her a furious look and looked at Monica.
"I'm sorry for my earlier behavior towards you. I shouldn't have doubted you." Monica was not pleased with him.
'This man knew what's he doing.' She looked at Susan and sighed.
'I have to let this pass.'
"Yes, I accepted your apology.." "Thank you so much, Miss Monica."
Everyone in the room then left the room which leaving Susan with her father. "I knew it was you." Susan's eyes widened and she then kneeled down.
"You're lucky the dumb maid of yours willing to take the blame. We talk about this issue later. First, make up with Miss Monica."
"BUT Papa, she-"
"Silence, I've enough. Now. You listen to me."
'Why did Papa do this to me?' She grabbed his hand and looked at him angrily.
"Papa.. Is this..you?" Her father smirked,
"Yeah, this is me." She gripped his wrist tightly.
"I'm done being the loving father to you. Now that's the necklace was broken, I don't have to keep the promise I made to your late mother."
He smacked her hand away and eventually left the room. Her tears fell down to the floor and she ran to her bed, crying that she lost everything.
She gripped her hand hard, "It's all her fault!"
A fire of hate was began burning brighter than before as Susan was finally determined to get rid of Monica.
"Hey, are you okay? You got me worried there." Xii Ling held her hands and looked at Monica softly.
"Hm.. I'm fine, Xii Ling." Mike and Jake then rushed to Monica, one was worried and other one was angry.
"Susan just wouldn't stop, didn't she? How dare she try to set you up? Hmph! She's lucky someone took the blame for her." Jake was so frustrated.
"Ha.. I'm so mad." and touched her face.
"You're okay?" Monica looked at Mike.
"Yeah, I'm.." She put away Jake's hand and put some distance from both of them. Jake touched his hair and smiled bitterly. A man from afar ran to Monica and held her shoulders to check if she was okay. After checking she was fine, he was relieved.
"Whew, you're fine." Monica looked at him, confused.
"Max, you're here too? I didn't see you." Mike giggled as he looked around and he saw Mike. He then looked away and smiled at Monica.
'It's because of certain person.'
"I was just busy talking to some old friends. Saying that, I didn't noticed you either." Monica looked at both of them and came up with something where she took Jake and Xii Ling with her to somewhere else.
Meanwhile, Max was busy talking about the earlier incident he did not noticed he was left alone with Mike. "So, I- Monica?"
He looked around until he heard "She left with Jake and Xii Ling." Max looked at Mike awkwardly and as he then tried to run away, he realized Mike already held his hand.
Mike dragged Max to a dark place and pushed him against the wall, Max looked at Mike and was literally trembling. Somehow he could see a pair of green eyes shining in the dark looking at him like it was trying to prey on him, he tried to push Mike away but Mike did not even move an inch. Max then started panicking.
He looked around if there was someone he could ask help from and yet, before he knew it, he could feel a soft tongue licking his mouth and he could not escape from it. Mike looked at Max as he was melting with his kiss and began touching all over Max's body.
"Sto- Hah..Mik-" Mike stared at him but still kept kissing him. Max went weak he fell down to his knees but the kiss did not seem to end there. Max could felt Mike was touching his entire body and somehow he began crying and shaking nonstop.
"Mike.. Hiekk-" 'His hand.. was on my chest?' He looked at Mike who did not seemed to stop any sooner.
"Mike! Stop!" Max gripped Mike's hand away from his chest, he looked at him and while trembling, he said "Mike, stop.. I'm scared.."
Mike touched his face and rubbed his lip, he gave a kiss on the lips to Max and laughed. Mike got up as he declared something that made Max shudder. "I'm gonna make you mine, Max." Max was shocked to hear that declaration.
"Wait! I don't like men." Mike giggled, he came closer to Max and intentionally blew Max's ear a little and whispered something.
"Then, I'm gonna make you." Max was flustered.
"Why? Why, Mike?" Mike smiled at him.
"Cause you already made me." Max's eyes widened and Mike left him speechless.
"Damn, that's why.." Max covered his face.
'What I'm supposed to do now?'
