That was true. Almost all Miltank and Chansey were monopolized by them.
"Don't worry about Miltank. I will take care of it. I will talk to Morgan regarding the purchase of Chansey."

But that is not where the story ends. It turned out that the town recruited people from the league to defend the other three sides, which were not as dangerous as the south zone.
The result?
The north side suffered a casualty rate of 45%, the west side faced a casualty rate of 54%, and the east side faced a casualty rate of 62%. That means almost 200,000 soldiers of the league died in that tide battle—a tragic event.
But what about the casualty from the south zone, which Axel and 'Fairy Tail' took responsibility for?
It was surprising to know that there were only 54 deaths in the South Zone, with a death rate of 0.045%.
We are interested in understanding why the variance in the death rate between a newly formed mercenary team and an experienced league is so high. Has the league become so incompetent, or was it incompetent from the start?
We may not know the answer to that, but we believe thata competent mercenary team like 'Fairy Tail' must be given a fair chance.

Axel didn't know what to say about the news. They were straightforward and opposed to the league. Axel knew that some of the shares of the Kanto Region news were in the hands of the royal family, but they had never publicly opposed the league like this before.
Axel looked at Ashmita and asked, "What is the public response to this news?"
"Sir, the public has gone bonkers. They are striking, and there is a massive crowd in each of the league headquarters. They are asking for answers. The news has travelled to other regions as well and now the whole world knows about it.", said Ashmita.
She looked excited to share the news.
She opened the TV, and everything was about Axel and the league. Some of the groups of people that the league's authority had suppressed had finally come outside and were speaking openly about how bad the league was.
There was even a petition against using anything that the league sold, including the Pokémon Center and Poké Mart.
Riots were underway, and many people had come out on strike to express their opinions.
One woman says, "My husband died in the tide battle. He was a soldier of the league. He died 2 years ago, and yet I have not received any compensation."
Another woman said the same thing.
Axel looked at the news for hours and found out that not only had the league halted payments from the soldier and their families, but there were some cases where the league refused to send any help in the tide battle. The town or the city was destroyed by wild Pokemon.

"Gerad…"
"Yes,… sir…"

A big hand slapped the right cheek of Gerad as he fell to the ground. Several teeth had come loose from the impact, and his face was now completely red.
"HOW MANY TIMES DID I TELL YOU NOT TO MESS WITH AXEL? DID YOU SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING NOW? PEOPLE ARE ACTIVELY OPPOSING US NOW. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?"
"Sir, I will take full responsibility."
"Full responsibility? FULL RESPONSIBILITY!!! Even if I kill you, the reputation of the league will not come back. How can you take responsibility?", shouted Romeo, the leader of the league.
Romeo was the overall leader of the league while Gerad handled the Kanto region. This was a private meeting attended by Romeo and eight individuals who handled various areas.
"Sir, you also have a master rank Pokemon. You have 3 of them. Can't we take over Oak and become the leader of this world? Then we will not have any problem regarding this issue?"
"You are an idiot, Suman. Do you think that I can beat Oak in a Pokemon battle? I will lose to him miserably. Even though I have master rank Pokemon, I am still weaker than he is.

"So, you are threatening me now? The last time, your subordinate did that to my student, my student made you call me right now to ask for help. Do you want to repeat history? Huh?"
Romeo didn't have any words to reply to that question. He didn't want to anger Oak at the moment.
"But I do need you and the league, at least now. So, I have a proposal for you. Tell me who kidnapped Axel, and I will try to divert the attention of those associated with L. Don't say you don't know it. I know you also had a hand in it. So, tell me about it quickly."
Romeo looked at everyone in the room and saw their expression. Finally, he said, "Okay, I will tell you about it. ...."
