Another important question was which core should be develop first.
"Which signature move is the hardest to master?", asked Axel.
Of course, it was the signature move of its sister. It was unbelievable. Dark core was also very mysterious and difficult to master.
"But the foundation of steel warriors is needed for its development."
That was also true. Having the power of steel warriors would not only increase its defense but also increase its control ability and survivability.
So, it was decided that they would go for the steel core.

Axel told it to train on its existing moves. Axel wanted it to be a defensive and a special attacker that could control the battle.
There were a lot of things for it to learn, but currently, Axel wanted to start slow. Axel believed that Weezing had as much incredible potential as Bisharp.
One of the things that really excited him was that Togekiss had a major upgrade. It had upgraded its passive move 'Feelings' before, and also the move 'Fairy clone'. It had been trying its best to upgrade the move '100 Healing seals'. As per Axel, this was going to be its signature move in the future.
It had seen dreams of how to use the move. The power of '100 Healing Seals' was not to be underestimated.
After so many months, it had not finally upgraded the move '100 Healing seals' to the next stage.

100 healing seals:
(Stage I): Has a mark on the top of its forehead that symbolizes the seal. The user can store fairy type energy inside the seal slowly. This will also increase its special attack, special defense, vitality and stamina slowly.

With the increase in the capacity of the seals, Togekiss found out that it could hold the energy equal to it currently had for each of the first and the second seal.
That means when it uses all of its power, it could use its first seal and then recover all the energy and then after that, it could use the second seal to recover its energy again. That was a broken ability.
The difference between the first seal and the second seal was that using the first seal would let it only use fairy type moves, while the second seal could use any move. Yet, the power of the fairy type moves using the first seal was greater than the second seal.
Now, coming to the third seal called 'Fairy clone', Togekiss could actually store its clone inside the seal, which could be used at any time. Now, the difference between the third seal and the move 'Fairy clone' was that due to the power of the second stage of '100 Healing seals', the clone inside the seal would be refined continuously, and it would grow stronger and stronger.
It would not have double the power in just a month or two, as the process was slow, but in the later date, the power of this clone might even exceed Togekiss itself. Of course, this was just a speculation, but a man could dream.
