Few weeks after
Ivyanna's pov
Gosh it's so loud in here.Why did i promise Casey I'd be here? clubbing isn't really my thing.These thoughts run through my head as i force my way through the crowd in order to reach the staircase which should take me to the VIP section.
That seems to be the most sensible thing I've done all week.This brings a frown to my face as i remember the mistakes i made in the studio.I know that my insomnia is catching up with me and it's only a matter of time before the dance instructor notices it.
I bit back a sign and sit down .
Ryker's pov
We arrived at the club together. I'm not supposed to be here today but a group of rogue vampires have decided to turn my club to their feeding ground.
As if that wasn't bad enough It seems like they're doing their very best to make humans aware of our presence .
A few months ago Triton told me that he felt like we were being sabotaged. I refused to believe it but now i know better.That leaves me to ponder who is behind it.
As for why i won't think too much.Over the years i have made a lot of enemies.Some while defending the kingdom and some when i refused to fight for the throne.
Stepping into the club i felt a presence i had not in any way anticipated.My beloved, i could sense her presence.Noticing my demeanor my friends turned to face me .
"She's here" I told them.
"Go look for her" Ann, Triton's beloved said.She had only been with us for a few weeks and she is already like family .
"What about the sabotage" I asked trying to pinpoint where the aura of my beloved is coming from.
"You'll hardly be of any help distracted as you are"Tristin replied
"Go we'll handle it" Triton said completing his twin's sentence and with that being said they left.
I decided to go to the VIP area knowing that from there i should be able to see more of the club at once.
At some point i realized that it seemed like she had taken the same route and was in the VIP section. I quickened my footsteps to get there soon.
Arriving at the VIP section i traced her to the second most expensive area.The thought of her being there with another man had me almost sprinting.
The stronger her presence got the more i wondered what she would look like.
Then i saw her.Black hair tied up in an elegant style.She looked ethereal sitting there alone. Beautiful as she was i couldn't help but sense the sadness that she seems to emit.
Just as i was about to go in she received a phone call . Ending the call she stood up,picked up her purse turned my direction.In blind panic i made myself invisible to the human eyes and followed her out of the club.
Outside the club she boarded a cab.As fast as i could i got into my car and followed her.
