Chapter 171 - Chapter 170 Make them Shatter

"You want full pardon on my power? Full collaboration on my part, how accommodating,"

Ball hummed thinking over his conversation playing over in his mind, he stared emptily at his glass of whiskey hearing Ceth shrill commanding voice answer back.

"Thats pericise, that is what i want ive it to me and we won't place our swords in your back and tell Blake what you and Lugh occurred,"

Bal snared the grip on the glass it cracked under his presser, his eyes turned to slit a soft shine in his eyes, venomous. Corrosive even. The poison he can taste through the memory, he sipped his whiskey just to try and take the bitter taste away, a bargain he never thought for nor wanted,

"You wouldn't dare wench,"

"Would i Bal i dont have much of a choice here, Lenn and I need more items. Time resources. We need more help and if that meant going to Blake about a small deal behind the iron curtain,"

Bal clenched his glass tighter hearing the glass start to break from the pressure of his grip, the faint echos of Ceth mocking voice made his power fluctuate,

"Well Bal im waiting you cant leave me in suspense I might just take the second option,"

"You would try Ceth, but i would stop you with just a set of strings that can tear you both apart before you could, but I will let you believe in that little idea,"

"Wouldnt i Bal? Your angel is formidable if you can believe that you can stop us then why not do it now Bal? Cut us to sunder, end the oath right here and let Blake have his power."

He recalled her snicker…the soft one that made his body curl into himself. The shivers down his skin made it feel like it was burning, this woman is poison to his very soul and his body reacted to her like such. Then he recalled the ultimatum he gave Ceth.

"Fine…I will have the deal with you Ceth but you and Lenn will follow under my every word your action, will be the consequence to our deal, to your lives. You might still have to listen and hide from Blake but with this deal you will not be the conniving bitch we all know, now you will help me find a way out of Blake's little scheme,"

Bal remembered how he leaned to her, the shine from his eyes bounced off the glass vase he had beside Ceth. His hand clenched onto the desk while Formoir moved in his hair glaring down at the flesh bag his host was interacting with. Its eight eyes looked down upon them, her and the angel he despised almost as much as Peter.

"And if you so much as think to betray me I will tear you…apart, not quickly like I've done before. But slow…painful suffering like the people you made under you suffer from the intentions of your own angel,"

Bal hummed the sound of his voice bouncing off the wall, he got what he wanted. She agreed, trying to seem threatening with her own angel glowing like a beacon, or trying to simulate Avalon's angel. Falling terribly, he leaned back with his grin growing when Ceth got up in a tizzy her hand flutter to her shoulder whispering insults like its personal vendetta, but Lenn stayed even when Ceth called her to follow, she held her hand up, and Bal can remember the factual expression from demanding, shocked…enraged. It made a warm pit in his chest from the utter deceit he can wave into them,

"That was beautiful,"

Bal breathed out a hearty chuckle looking at his cracked whiskey glass filled with his Italian whiskey. Aged. Carameled, he swirled it hearing the faint sweet soft voice of Lenn in his ears, reverberating not like Ceth where it could make him lose his hearing no…a soft hidden menacing sound that made one contemplate if there being talked into a sweet slumber or into a darker nightmare.

"You see me, you have when you walked in, you saw my anger…my hidden bitterness."

Lenn told her upfront. Blunt. Just how he liked it, no fake hidden agenda. Brilliant, he finished his whiskey hearing her continuing even with him mid interpretation,

"I'm angry with her…you know that she betrayed me fighting with Avalon. She wanted to use me. That I know of,"

q

Her pink eyes glowed almost red if it went any darker. Her angel fluttered down her face into her arm she stared at Bal but her gaze flickered to Formoir resting in his brown hair, her wings held a faint shine not like her sisters, Darker. Cunning. Lenn leaned forward her eyes up at him,

"I will agree with you for now, but I will not let you use me against my sister, I know the look. The plotting glaze. Can't hide it from me even if you tried. What I want Bal is a mutual assurance. I will help you. You help me, betray me…and find the depths of my angel waiting for you.

Lenn got up, her hair whipped in the air, her eyes half lid, threatening calm. Discreet. Aimed at him sent chills down his spine from the memory, a faint grin on his face hearing her last words before fleeing to her sister.

"It's not like Blake's but it will send your angel to him and you Bal to purgatory where all you have caused comes following back to you, I will take my leave…head my words to heart Bal. If you have one"

Bal leaned against his wind, his gaze darkened, outside watching the storm rolling in like a battle in the clouds, the lighting surged before him hitting his front lawn, casting a glow over him, he felt the power coming from it. Reminded him of their angelic enemy, fire hair eyes as silver gaze that looked like burning stars, it mocked him but also made his wound burn with a sadistic delight. His grin grew creeping onto his cheeks with a laugh that bounced off the walls, he leaned his head back his hair moving, Formoir held onto his hair pulling it,

"What are you laughing at now flesh bag? And put your head down im falling,"

Formoir complained his eight legs were gripping onto his hair, Bal huffed moving his head back down, letting Formoir fall on Bal head with a grunt, Bal glanced at him and said,

"I was reminiscing is all Formoir i couldn't help but laugh at it,"

Formoir crawled through his hair to the edge of his hairline, he glared at Bal his voice a snare,

"I see it's the twins. The bitch with no regulation and the silent and profound dark one"

"Them yes, Lenn was interesting, she wanted to talk in subculated peace and threatened me Ceth was always the cut to the point get what she wants or it will be a fight and a half, end up killing them,"

Bal uttered stalking around his office watching the down pour pound onto the window, the cloud curled outside, followed by the lightning, Bal sipped the last of his whiskey setting his cup down on his desk only for it to shatter on impact, the glass scattered over the desk, marble skidding across, Bal scrounded over his office he scoffed leaning into his hand onto the desk when Formoir moved down his face the string down Bal's face, Formoir stared into his eyes,

"It wasn't just them, was it Bal?"

"No, it wasn't. Avalon,"

Bal whispered, amused when a lightning struck outside casting an obscene glow Bal glowered Formoir and rose up taking Formoir into his hand,

"Avalon. And her silent flame, why think of them now after the informed deal with the twins?" Formoir inquired

"Because shes the string that connects this fuck up mess for decades and im not just saying Avalon,"

Formoir grunt acknowledged him, he wasn't wrong but this was interesting to Formoir. He found out that quick good this might make it easier, Formoir moved in his hand, crawling on top of Bal's hand, eight eyes a sinister squint,

"You notice now. She's the little accolade that caused all this. She's the small crack in the ceiling that's about to break..only for Blake or Peter to finish it off breaking it all on one fell swoop," Formori exclaimed

Bal nod calmly his gaze turned to slits, watching his angel squirming on his hand intercepting what he might say even if he already knew from their soul entwined, they would watch it and finish it for them, they will finish it this time,

"I already saw this coming Formoir they have been a catalyst for this wild game of life, rivalry. Of greed and hate. This time..I want us to be the ones to end it Formoir"

Bal stated his hand leaned closer to his face a menacing grin appeared on his face as Formoir laughed, his body shaking from his laughter. Bal observed him for now. How Formoir small fake body the small hairs the legs the beady eyes that could find the slightest weakness in a person and exploit it.

"That is something. I've haven't heard from my other host. They're fine with Sandel and Peter breaking it…but you want it all on your own. That…"

Formoir held back with a full blown laugh. His small body wiggling his humor taking over his body, Bal watched enthused by his angel laughing like a mad man, right in his hand when it stop so unruly,

"I like that…I like that alot"

Formoir stared up at Bal, a malicious glint in his eyes.

"Then we have the proper means to shatter the glass before them. And by all means. Let's begin"
