After the event, Steve decided to test out what the crystal ball could do. First, he decided to summon Icy out and see if she knew what it was since she was very knowledgeable and usually knew like everything. When Icy appeared, Steve made the crystal ball come out of his hand, and he asked Icy whether she knew what it was or not.
"Master, I know what that is," said Icy.
Steve was surprised. Although he had expected and assumed that Icy knew what the crystal ball actually was, he was still surprised to hear her confirming that she actually knew what it was, especially since most of the people just thought it was a Monster Globe. However, he knew that it couldn't be a Monster Globe. Why? Because a normal Monster globe can't just float and midair, a normal Monster Globe can't just move towards a person like that, a normal Monster Globe can't just become smaller or bigger, a normal Monster Globe can't just go in and out of a person's body, and a normal Monster Globe certainly can not just listen to a person just by his thoughts.
"Then, what is it?" asked Steve.
"It's the World Pearl," said Icy.
"Huh? World Pearl?" repeated Steve.
"Yes, the World Pearl," said Icy, nodding.
"What does it do?" asked Steve.
"It contains the spirit of the world and allows you to communicate with it," said Icy.
"The spirit of the world?" asked Steve. "But where's the spirit?"
"The spirit of the world is currently sleeping," said Icy. "But I can help you wake up the spirit if you want, master."
"You can wake it up?" Steve asked subconsciously.
"No, master, I can't wake it up. But I can help you wake it up," said Icy. "Would you like me to do so?"
Steve thought about it for a bit and nodded his head. "Sure, wake it up." Steve's thought process was kind of simple. He thought that since there was actually a spirit inside the, what whatever you called it, oh right, a World Pearl, then it would be much better and much more... doable? Anyways, it didn't matter as long as they could communicate and reach an agreement. Although since the spirit was actually asleep Steve didn't really need to communicate with the spirit about anything since, well, the World Pearl seemed to listen to him anyways.
"Yes, master," said Icy. She then held out her right hand and put it on top of the World Pearl with her palm facing the ground, but her hand wasn't touching the World Pearl and was about a centimeter above it. "I need to use your spirit power, master."
"Okay," said Steve. He sent a wave of spirit power out through his body. The wave of invisible spirit power floated just above Icy's right hand. Icy turned her right hand over to let the palm face the sky and then turn her hand again as if it was trying to guide the wave of spirit power down. And guide it did. The wave of invisible spirit power slowly moved and flowed the hand's motion of turning down, and then went right into the World Pearl. Icy then placed her hand right on top of the World Pearl, and she closed her eyes.
After a few seconds, Icy opened her eyes and removed her hand that was on top of the World Pearl. She opened her mouth and said, "It's done, master."
"It's done?" repeated Steve. He was surprised since Icy had only put her hand above the World Pearl for a few seconds and all she did during that time was directing his spirit power into the World Pearl and... well, that was it.
"Yes, the spirit of the world inside the World Pearl is now awake," said Icy.
"But-" before Steve could finish speaking, a bright light was emitted from the World Pearl. In the bright light, something began to take form in the shape of a human child. When the light faded, a young girl looking about 3 years old was floating above the World Pearl. The girl had her eyes closed, with a show-white dress, snow-white shoes, and snow-white hair tied into a twintail (aka pigtails aka bunches), with both of the two bunches of hair being about 30 centimeters long.
The girl suddenly opened her eyes and looked right at Steve. After about 2 seconds, she said with a joyful voice, "Papa!" and then dived towards Steve and hugged him and let go of Steve after about 5 seconds. She then started circling around Steve.
"Hah?" Steve said, confused. He looked at the girl, who was still flying around him in circles, then turned to look at Icy. "Icy, who is she?"
"Master, she is the spirit of the world," answered Icy.
"Oh, so she is the spirit of the world," said Steve, nodded. Then he suddenly stopped as he realized something. "Wait... she's the spirit of the world!? Her!?"
"Yes, master, she is the spirit of the world," said Icy.
Steve looked at the girl again and began to think.
Steve tried to talk to the... world spirit? "Look, I'm not your father."
Hearing that, the girl stopped circling Steve and looked at him. Tears started appearing in her eyes. "Papa... you don't want me anymore?" she asked with a crying voice.
The girl moved in front of Steve, looking at him with her sparkling sky blue teary eyes.
"I'm not going to. I must have a strong heart... Screw it!> After about 2 seconds, Steve gave up and coaxed the girl. "No, that's not what I mean."
"Then... you want me?" asked the girl.
"No..." Steve began to say, but when he saw that began forming in the girl's eyes again, he stopped. "I mean, yes, okay, but please don't call me papa. I'm too young to be your father."
"No? Then... husband?" asked the girl.
"No," said Steve. "We're not even married."
"No? Then... fiancé?" asked the girl.
"No! We're not engaged!" said Steve.
"Enn... Boyfriend?"
"No!" said Steve. Steve was now wondering how she even knew all these words. However, what bothered Steve was that since he didn't allow her to call him Papa, she started using words usually used to address someone other than someone's father. Although that really wasn't bad, but like, husband? Really!? Husband!? She just called him papa and then called him husband right after!? Come on! You can't be serious, right?
"Enn... Big brother?" asked the girl.
"No- wait, that's okay," said Steve.
"Okay!" said the girl. She started flying in circles around Steve again, all the while yelling brother with a joyful voice.
Steve sighed and rubbed his forehead with his fingers.
"Master, is anything wrong?" asked Icy.
Steve shook his head. "No, nothing's wrong." Nothing's wrong? As if! Steve's plan to communicate with the world spirit was shattered, and he now had someone else to take care of, a little loli girl who just suddenly became his little sister. Although, she was really cute, so it's all fine. Cuteness beats it all.
