The council elders were shocked to hear the news. For a second, they thought they had heard wrong.

The 10 elders still decided to confirm the appearance of Zack Lockwood with their own eyes. The 10 Elders were Gold Mark Warriors as well.
They immediately rushed to the Front View Hotel. They knew the identity of Zack Lockwood. If they wanted to report to their families, they needed to be sure.
