'Mid Area Underground Lake'
The mercenaries, leader, Heng and Ah Cy was surprisingly shock that they saw a alpha tier lying with Li Zhi. He saw them but he have no time to explain since there are still spirit beast that they need to deal first. Ah Cy wake her shocked reaction and saw the appearance of Li.
She then use her full strength pushing away the dead mystic frost bear and she hug Li while her eyes was starting to tear up. That's a romance for the one who was watching the two couples hugging each other while they know that they are in deep dangerous situation. Li saw Ah Cy's emotion feelings it says worried and sad from the system. Of course she will be sad and worried, who wouldn't be worried after being sacrificial in the den of spirit beast, he was thinking on his thoughts. He realized that he shouldn't directly look at people's emotions because it is also their privacy then he put it away his system close, well he can control it to close the system from just his will, feelings or mind.
"Ah... um... Ah Cy I know your are worried but someone is watching us and I think you should help those guys who have hard time dealing those white bears..."
"Wha- I'm, I'm sorry I... didn't mean it."
"Hahaha... Don't worry. Hm? what's the matter?"
(Blushing) "Uhm... it's just..."
While Ah Cy don't know where to look, Chao Heng pick up the mood, pointing out Li's body. Li was also embarrassed because from his upper part he wasn't wearing clothes and that's when he realized why Ah Cy can't look directly to Li.
Li was shy then he go back at the destroyed lake pond where he left his attires and wear on it. After that he went back to Ah Cy and Heng. The mood have still a bit shyness between Ah Cy and Li but there situation become worst. Li understand why they are fighting those spirit beasts, it's because he knew and saw those rampaging spirit beast before, about when he heard the roar and he just leave them passing by. Now he is regretting that he let them go.
Ah Cy saw Li's appearance where there were blood stains in his body and face, she ask him for not taking part at the battle because if Li join then it will only make his injuries worsened. Still Li want to help and said that he will at least support them, so he can be useful to them. Ah Cy and Heng sigh but they said a word for not pushing his limits too much, Li then agreed.
"Okay then! Ah Cy tell those guys to move back first and brother Heng in trap those three white bears."
Ah Cy nod and fall backing the mercenaries to stop their attacks, but one of the mercenaries said why would they stop and also said that why would they take command from Ah Cy where she is not still a member of practical forces. Li bit his lips, shouting while saying if they want to be alive then just do what just Ah Cy told.
They twitch by Li's words and fall back, while they are retreating, It is Heng's role this time he use his fire element and entrapped the three forest white bears. "What's next brother Li?" said Heng then Li pointed out the lone man. It was the mercenaries leader and he shout commanding him to use an element that can pin the forest white bears.
The leader was startled and move using his earth element, pinning the side of the forest white bears. Li then show his element shadow bind to entangle and restrict the movements of the forest white bear where he use the beginner tier so others won't be suspicious from Li's actions.
"Now! Ah Cy, Heng and the leader guy use an element to pierce those freakin bears!"
Ah Cy jump using his 'ice sword' normal tier1 to slash the body, then Heng use also his newest skill 'fire lance' normal tier1 where he obtain it about when he absorb the fire book, he then pierce it and the leader use an earth element 'boulder blow' normal tier1, hardening his arms then punching it directly to the three forest white bear.
They were all surprise where they wouldn't thought that they can beat a normal tierA spirit beast but for Li's expression he was questioned and mumbled to his self.
"(Really.... for me I can beat three or four of them and also I defeated an alpha tier you know. Haha..... well of course they wouldn't believe me if I said it.)"
The mercenaries are also amazed from the performance of the three where they beat
a three normal tierA spirit beats. Heng then rush toward Li and ask why did he went out on the wall and how come that Li's injuries are not plenty as he thought.
"Ha!? are you mocking me?"
"Ah, ahaha... no, no, I'm relief brother Li that your alive but I just wondered how did you escape from the spirit beast?"
The leader was also curious and went in front of Li. He ask if Li shadow element is really a beginner tier, he was lost of words for a moment and suddenly the underground shake. It seems like it was starting to collapse due to the battles, safely, Li was avoided by suspicious and the leader started to move saying that their goal was finished and they must go out from the place where they are in.
If they will not make out on the surface in time then they will be buried alive. The leader lead the way, all of them started to move and running to the place where the path of escape. On time before the underground break apart and collapse all of them went out alive.
Heng got tired and make his body fell on the ground to relax a bit. All of them were beat to tiredness and exhaustion until Li find out that there test is coming to a end. Ah Cy remembered too and Li apologize in front of the mercenaries for what happen but they have no time because they have still the test where there are only six groups to be considered as a member of practical forces. He then hold the hand of Heng dragging with him while running and Ah Cy also run with him, leaving those mercenaries in a quiet atmosphere.
