Forward Island.
This was originally a desolate island where not even birds would defecate, but because it is less than fifty kilometers from the more northern Potosi Islands, you can even see the thick white fog surrounding Potosi with the naked eye from here.
So it was occupied by the Hilus people far from here and named "Forward Island," becoming their headquarters for maneuvering with the countries of Sak and Atlant.
However, stationing here does have an unexpected advantage.
That is because it is located on a branch of the West Wind Warm Current. Although it is already fully into winter, the warm current keeps the Hilus soldiers, deprived of clothing and food due to someone's "looting," from being directly frozen into popsicles...
