Su Tang watched the man standing beside the Fire, his eyes turning red for a split second.
He hung his head low, making strange noises in his throat.
Everyone's attention was on this incident, except for one person who noticed.
Su Tian.
Su Tian, nibbling on a cabbage in front of him, took in the scene of Su Tang's eyes turning red and his murmuring, strange speech without missing a beat.
Then he turned his gaze away with a smile, as if nothing had happened.
The man continued without pause
"Boss Ye, I know you have plenty of reasons to explain, but she wanted to kill me, and everybody knows that. Not only did she go unpunished, she even brought someone else along to freeload. I think this is something that none of us can accept. Isn't that right?"
He looked towards the others for approval, seeking their concurrence.
Alas, no one made a peep.
He glared viciously at those behind him, blaming them for not supporting him.
