Everyone in the vehicle was startled.
A car had rear-ended them from behind.
The driver instinctively slowed down, and then, from the opposite direction, a military vehicle sped towards them.
By the time he had slowed down, military vehicles had already surrounded them from all sides.
In just an instant, they found themselves in an inescapable encirclement.
From the foremost military vehicle, a woman dressed in casual home clothes stepped down.
She appeared to hold a high military rank, with a host of soldiers standing erect behind her, guns in hand.
That woman spoke in a cold voice,
"Hand over the person."
At this, those inside the vehicle started to panic.
"Boss, what should we do?"
The leader gritted his teeth,
"Break through!"
But almost at the same moment as the leader spoke,
The sound of tires being shot out echoed.
