Aurora Blaine heard someone calling her in her sleep, and she slowly opened her eyes.
She locked eyes with Maverick Knight for several seconds, then turned over and continued to sleep.
"Eat first, then sleep," Maverick Knight said softly.
Aurora lay with her back to him, not moving.
Seeing her unresponsive, Maverick Knight added, "I'll give you three seconds, otherwise, I'll carry you."
Almost as soon as he finished speaking, Maverick Knight reached out and picked up the girl from the sofa.
