The next day.
Mu Qingge woke up enveloped in sunlight. Last night, she fell asleep very late. She wasn't sure if it was due to the discomfort of being in a new place or because someone who used to be by her side was absent.
Sitting on the bed, Mu Qingge shook her head hard to dismiss the second possibility entirely.
How could it be that she couldn't sleep because someone wasn't there to hold her as she drifted off?
"It must be because I'm not quite used to the new environment!" Mu Qingge said with determination.
"Junior brothers and sisters, come out and receive your disciple robes and registration proof." A voice suddenly called from outside the treehouse.
Mu Qingge lifted her long robe, got out of bed, and pushed the door open to exit.
Standing in the corridor outside the door, she looked down to see two unfamiliar plain-clothed disciples holding some clothes and waiting below.
As she came out, others from the treehouse also stepped out, looking toward the new arrivals.
