Time is against us
And within you, we seek our trust
The devil is weighing us down with sin
But to you dear God, I pray we'll win

Resisting temptation which cuts us like a broken shard
The devil is trying his best
To put us to sinful rest
Please lend us your strength
To fight the devil with relent
For we all want to go to heaven
