Scarlett Xavier inwardly protested: Who would think of you?
When she woke up, she found that Julian Rhodes was already gone, leaving her alone in the room.
She got up and walked out the door, seeing the aunt had already cleaned the house, and was holding Nora Xavier like a child, smiling so widely her mouth wouldn't close.
She remembered that when Nora first arrived, the aunt was quite afraid and didn't dare to touch her too much.

She loved her dearly.
Seeing Scarlett come out, she smiled awkwardly, "Ma'am, you're awake?"
Scarlett said, "I'm going out for a while later."
"I've made lunch, if you're hungry you can have some."
Scarlett checked the time and sent a message to Vivian Bell, who said she had already eaten at home. Thinking she was too lazy to eat out later, Scarlett agreed to eat a bit at home.
During the meal, the aunt kept praising Nora.
"Nora is really too good, I honestly think her intelligence is almost like a child's."
