Vivian Bell smiled and said, "Of course, it's about who helps whom. By the way, I have some things to take care of, so I must get going."
Her acting was impeccable, and Scarlett Xavier didn't have a clue about what she and Julian Rhodes had talked just before.
"Leaving so soon?" Scarlett looked at Vivian, "What are you up to?"
She had a close relationship with Vivian, where they would always inform each other about their plans over the phone.
Vivian said, "My mom just called, saying my uncle came over and wants me to join for dinner. You know her temperament isn't the best; if I'm late, I'll get scolded again. I'll head out now, take care of yourself and don't bicker with Dr. Rhodes too much."
Scarlett, hearing that it was a family matter, did not stop her. "All right."
Vivian walked out the door, and Felix Rhodes followed her.
