Xia Siyu was so engrossed in watching that she soon withdrew her gaze and began to daze off, staring at the tangerines in the fruit platter.
Seemingly lost in thought, her peripheral vision was, however, stealing glances at the man beside her, making her intentions quite obvious.
It wasn't until the fragrant aroma of tangerines wafted over, accompanied by Yun Lih's reminder, that Xia Siyu snapped back to reality.
Yun Lih said, "Stop looking, open your mouth."
Xia Siyu lowered her eyes and saw a segment of tangerine already being offered by the man.
She playfully feigned embarrassment, cooing, "Oh dear, how embarrassing."
"Then don't eat it." Yun Lih pretended to pull his hand back, a teasing smile playing on his lips.
Without a word, Xia Siyu bent down and popped the tangerine segment into her mouth, then glared at him with feigned anger, "Still as clueless about romance as ever, even after all these years."
