The stomping of a march made the reports from the assistants falter. Walker and Midnight have barely been working on their plans for an hour before they heard the commotion. Su and the elite guards with her had gathered a larger group. Most of it was because there were bodies of leaf deer and one very large bear that they had carried all the way there. Not to mention some of the bark wood scorpions which appeared to have been trying to get at the bear corpse they carried, pieces of its fur were still caught in their pincers before they had been clearly smashed by shields.
