Sherlock said, "A Three-Pattern Magic Knight has roughly the power to threaten an ordinary First-level Wizard. This threat doesn't mean that in single combat they can fight on par with, or even overcome, a wizard—that would be underestimating wizards too much. The so-called threat is their capability to kill a First-level Wizard.
Perhaps a single Three-Pattern Magic Knight cannot kill a First-level Wizard, but if you have a few more, a dozen, or dozens, they can definitely kill a wizard. This is fundamentally different from ordinary soldiers—no matter how numerous, they pose no threat to a wizard and can easily be massacred. However, Magic Knights, no matter how weak, must be carefully dealt with by wizards.
