It was supposed to be a comfortable dinner, but Bobbobovic found it somewhat unpleasant.
However, the dinner eventually came to an end.
The owner lowered his head, quickly removing the remnants of the food. Richard and Bobbobovic sat at the table, waiting patiently.
After about another twenty minutes, with a creak, the tavern door opened. The damp night breeze swept in, and with it came a woman like the night itself.
She appeared to be about thirty years old, wearing a black evening dress made of crepe fabric and a round black hat with a thin black veil hanging from the brim, vaguely covering her face.
She exuded a unique aura, and the moment she walked in, it felt like the night had enveloped the tavern. The whole world suddenly became incredibly serene, making people subconsciously relax.
Richard and Bobbobovic stood up and looked at her, recognizing her identity, and without hesitation introduced themselves: "Richard."
"Bobbobovic."
