"Sss—Roar!"
The giant rat let out a cry, almost tearing through everyone's eardrums.
"Pah!"
The giant rat lashed out with its tail in a fit of rage, striking hard against a nearby stone pillar.
"Crash!"
The stone pillar shook, sending a mass of stone chips flying out, almost collapsing, as a pile of things—indistinct—fell out from inside.
Everyone looked slightly frowningly at the giant rat, noticing its appearance was much worse than when it left previously. This was likely due to triggering the mechanisms deep within the ruins, as a small half of the fur on its body surface was scorched, with several areas oozing thick blood, making it appear more grim.
"Phew—"
Hot white steam spewed from its nostrils, its four limbs on the ground, body crouched as if amassing energy like a spring, waiting for the moment to leap and explode.
"Gulp!"
"One-eyed" swallowed hard, quickly turning to look at the resting Xizhe, calling out, "Mr. Xizhe, the big guy is here, it's your turn."
