Just having an idea is not enough to be labelled as Saint Potential. The idea must be feasible, logical, and fit its owner. In Wu Jing's case, the Quantum Arrays are perfectly suited for his Totem Dao, and Wang Wei already knows that the concept of using the Quantum Realm to achieve Transcendence was feasible.
