Next day at school Eva was sitting in her desk silently without saying anything after having lunch. She was lost in her own thoughts. whereas Kathrine was busy doing her classwork with Nick. they both were discussing something about the fresher's welcoming program Infront of the class in teacher's desk. Eva took out her phone and texted Iven. She sighed and got out of the classroom without saying anything to Kathrine.
Iven was also practicing for the program as he was hosting it on behalf of class XII with his friend Sam. His phone buzzed in the middle of the practice.he checked his phone and saw a message from Eva. He smirked little bit and reads it "come to the roof now for the last time. let's clear it today". He smiled looking at her text "what's this? is she planning to break up with me. impossible."
Sam stared at Iven "what's wrong?"
"you practice alone, I have to go somewhere. I will be back in a while." he winked at Sam and walked outfrom their towards the roof.
"where are you going? Iven wait...he is fast" Sam looked at his script and sighed "now I have to practice alone"
Iven walked fast towards roof and finds Eva waiting for him. he walked closer to her with his arrogant attitude "what do you want this time?"
"Iven just tell me why you don't treat me well. do you know that how much you hurted me in this 1 year of our relationship. you always ignored me and you don't talk with me. just give me an answer today." she started to shout at him as soon as he get close to her.
"why should I treat you well? you are not that much pretty. you are not popular and intelligent. you are of no good. And look at me . I am perfect. Everyone wants to date me. know you tell me I should take care of you or you should do that" Iven smirked looking at her in an insulting way. "Eva you should feel lucky to be my girlfriend."
"Are you taking revenge for taking so much time to accept your proposal." she held back her tears from falling down from her eyes as she doesn't wanted to look mesirable infront of him.
He brust out laughing after hearing her words "Revenge . Eva you don't know the truth behind it. I tell you stop acting. I know you can't break up with me." He grabbed her hand and twisted it in her back.
"Ah... leave my hand Iven. And who told you I can't break up with you." the tears which she was holding back for long time started to flow from her without her knowing. she looked up in Ivan's eyes which was as cold as ice and speaked up while sobbing "I..I...I will break up with you. from today onwards you and I have no relation. I Eva rose simick officially announce you that I am breaking up with you."
"fine. fine. as you wish" Ivan freed her up and took back step smiling at her like it doesn't matter at all to him if she stay or leave "you really did it today. I was waiting for this day for so long, you know."
"what??" Eva glared at him with her eyes full of tears.
"wow....what a break up scene. it's more interesting than a K-drama." Eve got down from his regular place while clapping his hand. he was their from the beginning listening to their conversation.
"what are you doing here? don't you have any shame to peep in other's conversation." Iven stared at Eve with his furious eyes.
"And don't you have any shame to hide your girlfriend from all and treating her as a nobody." Eve gave him an arrogant look "you really are something Prince"
"Stay out of it. it is our personal matter" Iven gave Eve a dead glare.
"And you stay away from him. you deserve better than him." Eve turned towards Eva while she just stared at him with her wet eyes.
"what?? she will get better then me?" Iven started to laugh "let me tell you.." he glared at Eve "she will never get a boyfriend better then me. she has no idea what she lost today"
Eve smirked looking at him giving him a cold gaze "same to you.... you too have no idea what you have lost today"
"hah....let's see." Ivan walked away from their leaving Eve and Eva in the roof all alone. Eve stared at her getting worried "you okay"
Eva shaked her head as a "no"
"don't think too much. you did well. you should love yourself more ,other thing leave it to God." He patted on her head making her to ease down.
"I will be fine. just leave me alone for a while" she speaked up sobbing while cleaning her tears.
"hmmm.then I will leave you alone for sometime." he doesn't wanted to leave her alone but he had no choice in his hand. He just walked away from their leaving her alone. As he walked away from her sight Eva fell down on her knees and started to cry out loud holding her heart.
In class XII B , Eve got inside the class and walked towards his desk. In the middle of his way he stopped Infront of Katherine and tapped on her desk. she looked up at him getting confused "what?"
"I think your friend needs you. she is in the roof." Eve speaked up in his sad voice and walked towards his desk making Kathrine dumbfounded.
Kathrine stood up and walked out from the classroom still getting confused as she has no idea what does he mean by Eva needs her. When she reached close to the roof she heard a crying of a girl. As She got closer , she stopped Infront of the door and whispered "Eva". Katherine opened the door in a rush while running inside. She saw Eva on the floor crying with her whole heart. Her breath was getting heavy and her tears was flowing like a river. Katherine's heart pained a lot when she saw Eva in the mesirable condition. she ran fast towards her giving Eva a hug "what happened? "
"I..iva.. Ivan..." Eva was just about say something when Kathrine stood up and ran out murmuring without listening to her her complete sentence "how dare he to hurt my friend. I neglected so many Times but not today....."
"kath...." Eva cleaned up her tears "this girl..." she stood up and ran out of the roof following Katherine as she ran towards Ivan's class and got inside getting furious "Ivan.... Ivan" she shouted his name making everyone get shock and curious at the same time. the students inside the class of XII/A looked at Kathrine including Ivan who was sitting in the last desk with his friends.
"why are you shouting? what do you want?" Ivan stared at Kathrine.
"you come out know or should I start here..." Kathrine gave him a warning while clenching her fist in anger. she was feeling like punching him infront of everyone.
"kath... leave it..." Eva arrived their breathing and sweating. she tried to take Katherine but she just stayed still looking at Iven without moving from her place. not even for a second. Iven stood up giving a fake smile to everyone and walked out of the class . All the students looked at them getting curious as they head towards somewhere.
"what's going on with them?" one of the friend of Iven asked Sam looking at Iven's vanishing figure from far from the window of the last desk.
"how will I know about him . he doesn't share anything with me." Sam sighed as he looked at Iven.
Kathrine took Ivan directly to the backyard of the school along with Eva. Iven stood Infront of Kathrine getting angry for what she did just few minutes ago "what happened? what do you want from me? do you know what you did just know"
"how dare you to hurt my friend again and again...last time I forgave you but not this time" she speaked up stepping forward fearlessly towards Iven.
"what? why are you making a scene ? Eva and I have already broken up with each other just a while ago"
"what? is it true Eva..." Kathrine looked at her as she nods at her saying yes to her.
"And to tell you the truth I had never thought of you as my girlfriend...not even once." Iven stared at Eva without having any guilt.
"what? what did you said?" Eva walked towards him feeling regret for loving him and giving him her precious time.
"you are really shameless...Iven" Kathrine smirked and pulled her hair lightly getting pissed off after hearing his perspective.
"what's their to feel ashame of...?" He stared at Eva while smiling at her.
"if you have never thought of me as your girlfriend and if you have never fell in love with me, why did you came after me with those flowers and rings....why did you wasted your 6 months to make me accept your love for me." this time Eva was not feeling heartbroken but instead she was feeling angry with him. A guy whom she had loved for a year is saying that he had never loved her.
Ivan laughed like a psychopath making Katherine and Eva dumbfounded "oh that. should I tell you the truth about my proposal"
"what do you mean?" Eva and Kathrine raised their eyebrows.
Ivan looked at Eva's Eyes "I had proposed you because of that brat Sam. i had 0 interest in you. he challenged me saying that I can't win your heart but see now I did it. And after winning your heart he told me that I can't dump you unless and until you don't dump me yourself. so, I was forced to be in the relationship...." Ivan still has a smile in his face while saying this things to Eva . how calmly he said everything. Eva still couldn't believe in her ears that it was all a lie...she was giving her time and effort to an worthless guy who didn't even used to love her.
Eva and Kathrine got double shocked when they found out the truth behind his proposal. Eva slowly walked closer to him and slapped him hard in his left cheek.
"you deserve this.." Eva speaked up with tears. she just wants to beat him till death right now.
"how dare you to slap me..." Ivan raised his hand to slap her back but someone grabbed his hand from Eva's backside. Eva turned back to see the person and finds Eve standing Infront of her like a protective shield. Ivan tried to throw off his hand but Eve was too strong for him. Eve's eyes was giving the killer vibe which was looking like he is ready to kill iven for trying to hurt Eva physically and mentally. he glared at Iven giving him chill in his bones with his cold and thrilling gaze. Nick stepped in the middle of two and looked at them getting nervous "cool down boys.we are friends and friends doesn't fight. Eve leave his hand.." he smiled at Eve awkwardly.
Eve let go of his hold and smirked in an insulting manner while looking at Iven "he has 0 strength"
"you just wait and watch." Ivan warned him and walked away from their after losing from Eve. Eve and Nick too left from that place leaving Eva and Kathrine in the backyard.
"Eva don't you think that Eve has something for you in his heart" she stared at Nick and Eve from far.
"stop your nonsense...." Eva walked away and Kathrine followed her. Eva directly went towards sick room with Kathrine as she was not in the mood for studying.
