This city was constructed after the apocalypse, with the constructors and the targeted residents all being Fifth Epoch humans. The architectural style was markedly different from the Imperial Capital, characterized by modern skyscrapers that towered as far as the eye could see.
However… it was somewhat crudely made in an obvious rush to meet construction deadlines.

Debris flew everywhere, raining down like stones.
