Red Candle City naturally isn't a major city.
However, the Seven Lustrous Federation is essentially a confederation of the Seven Lustrous Clans, and among these clans, there are divisions into different families and branch forces.
Each city has its affiliated family force, and also has the regular army belonging to that family.
The city walls of Red Candle City are twenty meters high, with sporadic patrol soldiers visible on them, wearing shabby armor, with only their weapons as rune weapons. They are mostly mixed-blood beastmen, subhumans, goblins, stone men, and other common races. A few months ago, there were some humans seen.
