After treating the Dwarf King of his curse, Lord Vega with the help of the prime minister and the officer of logistics. All the resources that he brought were handled by the two. After feeding the dwarves enough food, feeling energized, these kingdoms started making artifacts to lessen the maturity of plants. So the seeds brought by the former elf king would be immediately put to use. It took a week for the dwarf kingdom to temporarily stabilize.
The Dwarf King Garan finally woke up after three days of straight sleep. He might still be at his weakened state even after waking up but after learning the changes brought by the former elf king, Vega, he was delighted to his core. As this meant that his kingdom had the possibility of surviving the current predicament their race is suffering from.
