Yu Yan left the Pharmacy Association and went to the illegal zone. Qiao Nian, due to her connection with Zhong Yiliu, secretly supported him, providing him with considerable research funds and convenience.
He stayed anonymous in this hospital, conducting his gene medicine research plan.
If it weren't for Qiao Nian's phone call, he would still be immersed in his small medicine laboratory, refusing to come out.
"He got shot in the shoulder." Qiao Nian tried to control her emotions and said concisely: "I just touched his forehead, it's a bit feverish."
Yu Yan seldom saw her so emotionally disturbed and looked at her in surprise: "You… you and him…"
He had stayed in the hospital's medicine laboratory for years, his impression of Qiao Nian remained from back when she spent time at the Pharmacy Association.
At that time, Qiao Nian had stormed the place, impressing Zhong Yiliu with her exceptional skill in Traditional Chinese Medicine and her expansive knowledge of pharmacology.
