Faye: "..."
"Come on, say it!" Tessa continued to coax.
"You've got it backward." It's supposed to be you calling me "dear brother."
"No, no, it's you who should be calling..." Tessa snuggled against his face, her eyes full of tender affection as she pouted and coaxed, "Faye, say 'dear sister,' just once?"
Faye outright refused, "No!"
He chuckled, ruffling her hair, then gave her a light pat on the backside. Tessa shrieked and dodged, laughing and crying as she wriggled around in his arms.
The two of them tussled for a while before they finally stopped.
Faye nudged Tessa, "Go, change the contract."
Tessa hesitated for a moment before understanding, then she paused and said, "Well, how do I know if I agree to this, you won't have other demands."
"Just one—go fetch the contract and write a new one." Faye's eyes sparkled enticingly, his voice carrying a lingering tenderness.
Tessa, feeling bewitched, jumped up and dashed into the bedroom.
