Wei Chengfeng hadn't finished speaking when he heard a busy tone on his phone.
He looked at his phone in disbelief, did she... did she hang up on him? Was she impatient?
He called again, but the phone just rang without anyone answering. Wei Chengfeng didn't know how to describe his mood. He was both angry and helpless, but behind all those emotions, he actually found it a bit funny.
Since no one was answering the phone, he opted to call the landline.
"Hello?"
"Why did you hang up on me?"
"You were the one who told me to stay away from phones and computers, weren't you? Phone radiation is strongest during calls, don't you know? Besides, I thought you were done talking."
Wei Chengfeng took a deep breath, "You're doing this on purpose to upset me, aren't you?"
Su Li leaned against the sofa, couldn't help but roll her eyes and replied in a dismissive tone, "Am I?"
"Be good, alright? I'm keeping you away from these things for your own good, understand?"
"I know, I know."
