We provide plows and draft animals, so the farmers don't have to spend money themselves, and of course are more willing to use good ones. Moreover, most of the draft animals used on the refugee farms now are Hed horses, using old-style plows would actually be inconvenient." Winters furrowed his brows worriedly: "In contrast, in Vernge County, the farmers either continue using Palatuma or simply use oxen, old-style plows can still be used, so why buy new ones?"

Mason rolled his eyes: "Oh, so you know all this, yet you still come to bother me?"

"Knowing is one thing, being able to solve it is another." Winters remained unfazed, casually flipping over his senior's accusation: "The lack of draft animals will eventually lead to a reduction in grain production, would you agree?"

"You should ask Bard about that." Mason answered meticulously: "I am not very familiar with farming affairs either."
