"Kristin, easy! Everything hurts!"
When the young girl grabbed her lover's broad shoulders and began shaking him, a groan was heard first, followed immediately by a few words.
"He's alive, he's alive!"
Nalt shouted with both fists clenched as he exhaled the breath he had been holding while running. This action was enough to make Master Hanry, who was one step behind him, grimace.
"As if the bizarre situations you create weren't enough, now I have to deal with the shrill voice of this uneven-haired kid!"
His voice was stern and his words sharp, but he couldn't manage to hide the smile on his face. After carrying Mel, whom they linked arms with, inside the pavilion, he took his leave of the youths; his work for the day was done.
"What happened to you, my life? Are you alright?"
Lying on the large sofa at the entrance of the pavilion, Mel was taking long, deep breaths. When they checked his body, they found no injuries; he merely looked dead on his feet.
