Gu Kai chuckled and said, "All I said was to stay here tonight, and you immediately started talking about how you don't like cohabiting with a man before marriage. This villa isn't even limited to just one room. I didn't say staying here meant I'd do anything with you."
Bai Yiyi raised her hands in surrender, "I can't argue with you. Whatever you say seems to make sense. I'm tired; I'm going inside to sleep now. Drive safely."
After she spoke, she opened the car door and got out.
"Bai Yiyi, I'm the landlord, you know," Gu Kai protested unhappily. He couldn't even spend a night in his own house?
"I paid ten years' rent, so you being the landlord doesn't matter."
