Weekend
An Lin and Qin Mu went back to G City together, to see Qin Zhongnan.
After a few days of rest, Qin Zhongnan looked a bit better. Although his body was still weak, he couldn't sit still and started looking at documents.
When Qin Mu and An Lin arrived at the ward, they saw Qin Zhongnan leaning against the headboard. Besides Mother Qin, there was also a man in a military uniform standing at the foot of the bed.
Seeing Qin Mu and An Lin come in, Mother Qin looked as if she had seen a savior and immediately said, "Ah Mu, please persuade your dad. He never listens to me, no matter what I say."
An Lin glanced at Mother Qin, then at Father Qin on the bed, and finally turned to look at Qin Mu.
She suddenly understood that Qin Mu's stubbornness was inherited from his father.
Qin Mu walked over, greeted the man standing by the bed, and asked him to wait outside.
