Bai Xiaoxiao chuckled and shook her head, "I'm not a worm in your stomach, how would I know?"
"Xiaoxiao, I'm trying to help you. Shouldn't you think about whether there's something you need my help with?"
Xiao Yuting looked at Bai Xiaoxiao with a disappointed expression, as if not remembering his help was letting him down.
"I still don't know."
Bai Xiaoxiao looked innocently at Xiao Yuting.
Xiao Yuting frowned, glared at her unpleasantly, and sat up straight to fasten his seat belt.
Seeing him start the car silently, Bai Xiaoxiao couldn't help but smile and turned to look out the window.
Once the car was on the road, Xiao Yuting ignored Bai Xiaoxiao and focused on driving.
As if giving her time to think, he seemed intent on making her remember what help he'd provided her.
"You came from the police station."
A few minutes later, Bai Xiaoxiao broke the silence, casually asking Xiao Yuting.
