The Maw of Oblivion is not a two-headed axe as she described; it only has one head. Its edge isn't red like she described; it was obsidian and sharp. And there was no mouth at the top of it, but a pointy spike that hummed with power.

He thought Empress Morgana brought the wrong weapon, but the System told him otherwise.

Rex took the one-handed axe and steadied it in his hand.

It was heavy.

So much so that his one arm almost buckled under the weight.

Being drilled from an early age to be the peak of a normal human, learning the alchemy of weapons and martial arts, Rex is no stranger to a one-handed axe. But this axe is badly designed. It should have been light at the blade and sturdy at the handle.

Yet this weapon is crafted the opposite way.

The blade was extremely heavy, and the handle was almost flaccid.
