As we were watching, Megan moved on my shoulder at one point. Looking at her, I asked, "Something happened."
"Oh no," she said, and after kissing my cheek she smiled, and not long after we moved back to watching. When we were done with the movie, she looked at me, and said, "I will go check on the kids, and when the food is ready."
"Ok," I said, and when Megan smiled, she walked away. Seeing it, I could smile, and while waiting here at one point she came back. Seeing Megan holding a bottle of coke, she said, "It was decided."
"What now?" I asked. Hearing me, she said, "We will be sleeping here today."
"Oh decision made by" I started saying, but she stopped me, and said, "Mom. As it happened, I needed to go to some charity event. You're coming with me."
"Oh, so" I started saying while moving up. Looking at her, she added, "Dinner. I will have my hair, and rest done. Maybe you will have a haircut. After this change, Angela will come with a car, which I told her to bring."
