When I came down, Celyce rushed at me and looked at the little kitty with awe.
"Mommy, can I touch it?"
"Not yet, she's still a little uncomfortable." After that weird shock I received, I had also gotten a peek into this dragon's memories.
She had hatched from its egg a few years ago and had been unable to feed itself and starved inside the cave it was in. It ended up eating its eggshell to survive and endured the hunger with Alm alone. I know we can survive without food, but it still hurts and is uncomfortable. For a little newborn dragon, it must've been difficult. There was nothing but darkness in that cave. The lonely life it must've had.
I looked down at the little kitty in my arms and she looked up at me. With a curious meow, she slowly blinked at me and I kissed her little head.
"It's okay. You're safe now." I'm not sure how she turned into that massive dragon, but I know this is just a little baby dragon.
