"Oh damn, how much it was, a freaky couple of minutes? And they are gone, poof? Whaddafak dudes just look for a sec if the girl's with ya or not, cheh!" She angrily stomped her leg on the ground. "Stupid bi*ches."
She took out her cellphone, and dialed Carter's number. But the call didn't go through. She tried a few more times, but not a single one went through. She even tried calling Asher, but it was the same mechanical voice, saying that the user is not reachable at this moment.
She continued to try reaching them via phone call, while looking around here and there. She doesn't even know the location of that restaurant, otherwise, she would've gone straight there and waited for them until they came back. But now she has got no choice but to look for them nearby, without getting too far.
