My entire body feels trapped In a small sheet of dry skin, atleast that's what it feels like. I burst my head through the seal and then slither out. Finally I can see what held me captive was my shedded snakes the reason it felt small is that I have grown considerably with this new size I may need a bigger temple. Anyways it seems I've reached the 'Greater Deity' stage and can finally grant wishes and such like I used to.
The first thing I hear after noticing the changes of my body is a voice coming from my brain,
"I pray, please oh great Serpent Deity, save my daughter!"
I hear as I see an image of an old lady praying on her knees flash in my mind. I answer the prayer with
"YOUR PRAYER HAS BEEN HEARED!"
The old lady seems stunned, was she crazy? No she's just never heard this voice in her head. I feel slightly dazed as it seems granting wishes takes up energy. A video pops up in my head of her daughter escaping the clutches of some kidnappers with amazing luck. Atleast she thought it was luck but it was actually me granting her mothers wish. Being a Greater Deity is so much better than being a Lesser like I was before. My snakes happen to find a village with a blue flag, pretty far from my temple. I'll explore it later. I've been testing my powers and know that I also have the ability to choose people to bless. Well more specifically 1 person to bless but that persons future generations will also be blessed.
What does being blessed by me do, I don't know yet. I've already chosen who it's gonna be though.
A bit actuate I figure all this out a person creaks open my door and walks inside my temple.
"WHO HAS AWAKENED ME?"
I say.
"It is I, Chief of Arsha village. I have come to ask the great Serpent Deity if you might spare us some rain, as our crops have not been growing and I fear the billers will die of starvation."
Trying to help his village is a good cause. I'm pretty sure it's also James's village to so that's good. It seems worthy of me. I will grant his wish.
"YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED!"
And sure enough about 30 minutes later a large dark rain cloud emerges from what seems like thin air.
Giving all of the crops rapid growth.back at my temple the Chief thanked me and left a bit ago. I'm not doing so good though as I almost fainted from all the energy that was used to make it rain.

I've just woken up to find it raining outside and a new rumour that a lady prayed to the Serpent Deity to save her children, and right as she asked she heard a booming voice echo in her mind saying:
"YOUR PRAYER HAS BEEN HEARD!"
It seems my lord has reached his Greater Deity form. I will announce this to all the followers later.
For now I'm going to go on a monster material gathering quest so I'll ask my lord to give me luck once again.
After about an hour I've reached the temple and come in. It's very dark inside. I ask:
"My lord I've come to request that you give me luck as I'm about to go monster resource gathering."
After a bit of waiting he responds.
"NO I WILL NOT GRANT YOUR WISH! HOWEVER I WILL BLESS YOU AS THE SERPENT DEITYS CHOSEN ONE!"
I'm shocked as I know Deity's of my lords level can only choose a single person to bless. It's an honour to serve the Serpent Deity.
"Thank you my lord I will be forever grateful to you!"
And so I leave on my quest. I'm going to have to go to the monster forest; ruled by The Monster Deity.
I know I will survive as I am blessed. It will take 3 days for me to get there. I'm bringing a party of 4 I won't let them die either.
