What is happening? Where did these ghosts come from? The same question appeared in the minds of all members of the Ghost Council.
The Ghost Council has a total of nine members, they control nine votes, and as long as more than half of the votes are cast, the proposal can be passed.
The proposals vary in size, but ordinary ones are not brought to the Ghost Council for a vote, so the council basically only deals with one type of proposal—activating the Ghost Array.
Every activation of the Ghost Array leads to the destruction of a God Star; one could say that the Ghost Council holds the most powerful weapon in the Void.
But now, this supreme force is inexplicably diminishing, and the nodes of the attacking array are being targeted by a group of Ghost Guides? Their first reaction was rebellion.
However, as soon as this idea came up, it was too absurd and they forcefully extinguished it.
