Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: Neighborhood Watch

Bubbled streaks and strokes patterned the white ceiling. Brown eyes wandered over the shapes of the ocean's calm waves before the white canvas.

On the blue cloth couch, K remained staring up at the ceiling.

The constant white noise filled his ears, and he didn't blink even once. The teen's wide eyes focused on a tiny bubble among the waves in the corner of the room.

A hand wrapped around his bicep, with slender fingers gripping firmly.

"You cool?" Issa whispered, breaking through the white noise. "I know. It's rough, buddy." She brushed her fingers along his arm.

"You can't be serious." K voiced plainly.

"It's as serious as it can get." Rias was now sitting on the edge of the floor table, a leg draped over the other. Fingers were anchored underneath the black foot table. "This is out of line." She spoke slowly. "Are you certain? That your abilities didn't manifest when you were at a young age?"

"No." K's gaze dropped from the ceiling and toward Rias, nearly growling. "There's no way in hell that happened."

"You have to understand. We searched for every possibility."

"No, you didn't." K side-eyed Rias. "I've killed. Not out of some little voice, or some whimsical impulse!!" He cocked his head, squeezing his finger and thumb together. "I did it!!"

"That's not how it works." Rias cocked her head, bouncing her feet over her knee.

"Enlightened me."

"Our plane of existence is odd. Recalling Devils, Angels, Greek gods, a Dwarf's dentist office, and other phenomena we can't quite solve."

"Dwarf's dentist office?" Issa lowered her brows.

"Our family has to keep up our image. You have an appointment in a few months. It's all paid for under my care. But besides the point. Becoming a monster is not what you think. Trying to understand will only prove headache-inducing. The church believes in the Testaments, which state that their lord has given humanity his shards of prowess. The examples are the city of heroes, but you have to understand that there could be places like the House of Evolution that prioritize science over Faith or pure bloodlines."

Rias sighs, lowering her shoulders.

"Is there a chance?"

"No," K spoke firmly.

"You didn't let me finish."

"I wasn't experimented on."

"Then you could be one of the lucky few." K looked down, a faint smile wavering. "On the topic of monsters. They could either have been bred, an odd phenomenon, or eaten a monster cell." Rias leans forward. "Your situation is odd, but you must be honest with yourself. This could be the window that hasn't shattered until Kabuto and my assistance, like a limiter being broken."

"Like my boosted gear," Issa mentioned. "In the Rating games."

"My Point." Rias nods. "My Point. Is it either three? Testament. Odd. Or Monster Cell. Being a monster is not about morals; it's about wish fulfillment. It's beyond obsession, but your character and who you're willing to become to get it." Rias' red eyes look to K's. "After you save my familiar. I had Akeno follow you. Before Musume. Before Asia. You harness this aura besides Issa and Asia. Who registered your standing, due to decades of our experiences." Rias flattened her lips to K, looking to the floor, hands shaking.

"I'm a monster," K whispered with a grin. "I guess. This is what I get for thinking about myself for this long." K felt Issa's hand rub his back. "Now, I know why you and Sona were Hellbent."

"At first...We didn't grasp the thorns underneath and wanted to play it safe." Rias chuckled softly. "Only time can tell."

"You still want me?"

Rias glared.

"You're still in the doghouse."

"You're acting like I'm not even here!" Issa hugged K's arm.

"You're too weird." K avoided her beaming eyes.

"Maybe you need to spice up your life." She rested her head in the nook of K's shoulder. "You're too bland."

"I like my peace." K stiffened with a blush.

Rias uncrossed her legs before looking to the floor.

"Now. Akeno." K and Issa gazed at Rias.

"Yeah." K croaked.

"She has a self-image problem. And what? I'm not going to say. You need to accept responsibility." Rias looked up from the floor, glaring. "You're so busy helping others, you choose to neglect the ones providing the same sentiment. Get it in your thick skull and do something about it!" Rias folded her arms while K could only sigh, brushing his hand over his smooth head.

"Fine. And I also would like a favor." He looked up at Rias, glaring even more. K leans on his knees while Rias leans back. "I would like to talk to the big man in the sky."

"Do you know what you're even asking?!" Rias shouts, making K and Issa jump back along the spine of their couch. "The nerve!!! You-" Rias growled under her breath. "Why?"

"There is someone," K spoke slowly. "In my house. That has a problem."

"Let me guess. One of your close friends?"

"Maybe, but he's the only one who'll help me bridge the gap."

"Stupidity?"

"Clarity," K answered. "I need a chance. Like you have given me. And the many times before that. I need to know if it's too late."

Rias lowers her brows.

"He wants to redeem them," Issa says firmly. "As crazy as it sounds, Rias. Let's give it a shot. I could coach from time to time." K leans from Issa, squinting his eyes. "You're too much of an asshole to be left alone."

"I'll remember to hang that up on a wall," K remarked. "Please." K looked up at Rias.

"More problems. Did Asia put you up to this?" Rias questioned. "Did you turn?"

"No. Akihito would have wanted this."

Rias stood up, walking out of the room.

"Why don't you throw me in hell! And watch me burn for eternity!!" Her loud voice sounded out across the house. "You take pleasure in it!!" Heavy stomps followed after til the second floor.

"I have never seen Rias this worked up before." Issa looks over the couch, her gaze never leaving the hall.

"I guess I'm still human." K cracks a grin, following Issa's gaze.

"Xenovia!" Irina whines as she follows her partner through the town square. Gathering a few eyes.

"You have your turn. I'm not catering to your impulses." Xenovia marched while Irina's shoulders dropped.

"God has forgiven me. Why not you?" She said softly.

"One of us needs to keep our head straight. Have you forgotten?" The blue-haired teen spoke flatly.

"No." Her voice trembled. Irina sniffs. "I said I was sorry." Her voice broke into whimpers, forcing Xenovia to turn on her heels to Irina, wiping the streaming tears pouring from her eyes with her wrists. "Sister, what do you want me to do?" She dragged, giving a few hiccups. "I want to become a saint!" She said roughly, palms shaking in front of her eyes. "I'm just a loudsy sinner!!" She cried loudly.

Xenovia gave a side-eye to the curious crowd before sighing silently.

"Sister Irina."

"Yeah?" Irina croaked.

"You are forgiven."

"Yeah!!!" Irina squealed, bouncing in place with bright eyes. "Do you mean it!? Do you really?!"

"Yes." She said, dread in her voice, while Irina clapped her hands repeatedly.

"Xenovia!!!" Irina bounced on her toes with tears in her eyes. She trapped Sister Xenovia in a hug, rubbing her cheeks into hers. "Thank you! Thank you! You're such a kind spirit! God has truly blessed me!!!" She cried.

'Why have you forsaken me?!!!' Xenovia remained dead-faced, getting assaulted with Irina's cheek rubs.

"Oh, what a pleasant surprise." A voice drew the cloak duo to Koneko, still in her jogging attire covered in beads of sweat. "Can I have a moment of your time?" She said blankly.

"Why?" Xenovia squinted her eyes while Irina broke her hug with her partner, her hand lingering on the blue-haired teen's shoulder. "Speak plainly."

"I want to help. The faster you complete your mission, the faster you get out of here." Koneko breathed out, crossing her arms.

"What are you getting out of this?"

"To sleep comfortably. I'm not sure if you can tell. A friend of mine hasn't come to terms with your duel. Is willing to become a stray in the finding of what you seek." Koneko shifts her weight. "Now, could we sit down and talk sense to each other?"

"Let's!" Irina beamed.

"No. Sister." Xenovia said firmly.

"Xenovia." The beaming sister faintly smiled, her fingers tracing the fabric of Xenovia's white cloak. "Today will be a great day. And Remember..." Irina dragged before smiling harder. "We're going on break. And what we have now. It'll be the most deserving."

Xenovia stared silently at her partner and crossed-armed Koneko before turning her back and pacing away from the duo.

"Don't lag behind."

Irina pumped her fist, waving Koneko over, who only sighed.

The beaming priest and the white-haired child followed after Xenovia, making way along the sidewalk, not once looking over her shoulder.

"You're helping a friend?" Irina looked down at her walking partner, who remained a foot below her.

"Yes-" Koneko spoke out, her eyes never leaving Xenovia's back.

"That's noble for a devil."

"Great, spell it out. Why won't you?"

"I don't mean it like that." Irina smiled, showing her hands. "It's a great change, that's all. I hoped I could have more like you and Xenovia in the far future."

Koneko hums.

"And may I add? This Hit character, does he have a name?"

"Why don't you take him to dinner first?"

"I would, but I don't know his name." Irina cocked her head. "It defeats the purpose when I have to walk all over the town just to look for your hired muscle. When I have you, right before me." She released a beaming smile while Koneko snapped her gaze back to Xenovia's back. "I'm truly blessed, am I?"

"What are your intentions?" The white-haired child raised a brow, looking up at Irina.

"I'm rather curious how you tamed a monster. Likewise, how does he retain such a frame compared to you and me? Ours are usually abnormals, but maybe I'm coming off too harshly. My apologies. Oh! Is there some kind of pact you devils established? Maybe there are alters?"

"Pump the brakes. Or else you'll get fined."

"Right! Of course, excuse me." The beaming sister cracked a wavering smirk.

"As long as we come across the end of our deal. I'll exchange what I know within range." Koneko continued pacing alongside Irina. "Let's make it worth our while."

Susan-san sat against the white stone wall within her samurai armor from head to toe. Her pants escaped the mouth guard of her demon mask, her hand gripping the black and red blade hilt.

The silver reflection of the katana rested along her thighs, looking up at the black facemask of the overshowered elder with a white mustache.

"Su, you good?" Issa's voice raised Susan's attention to the young Devil walking her bike before the exit of the enclosed two-story high apartment block.

"Fine. I'm sorry for making you worry." Susan-san knelt and bowed.

"You're a hard shell to crack even in this heat." Issa cleared her throat, tilting her head. "Just head up and inside before you get a complaint of smelling like Korean BBQ...Now, I'm hungry." She squinted her eyes. "Great. Well, see you on the flippity."

"Farewell, Master!" Susan-san raised a hand, eyeing Issa rolling her bike out the exit following the stone wall. The shy samurai sighed.

She entered her apartment, flipping a light switch, presenting her small kitchen and short hall leading to the living room. She paced to the kitchen sink, turning on her steel faucet.

Susan-san reached for her helmet, pulled it off, and rested it beside the kitchen sink. A blonde-haired teenager with two drill-style ponytails was revealed.

She rubbed the sink water along her beading face before scooping a few drops of water into her mouth. A buzz filled the apartment, forcing the blonde twintails to halt and stare at the corner of the hall leading to the living room.

Susan-san followed the buzz, finding her black-and-silver ring flip phone resting on the coffee table.

She snatched the phone before staring at the number.

Ameila

"Hello?" Susan answered.

"Hase. You said you have someone?"

"Y-yes." Susan lowered her voice. "We talked. And she said she'll follow up shortly."

"Good." Amelia paused. "You sound out of breath."

"Oh! It's just my usual session. I hope you don't mind."

"That's good, actually. I'll stop by. I hoped you cooked."

"Oh." Hase lowered her eyes. "I'll scrape wherever I can find."

"Meet you shortly," Amelia said before the beeping continued afterward.

Hase sighs.

Lying on the couch in a blue blanket, watching a movie. Hase remained asleep on the couch until a jiggle of the locks of her front door woke her up.

The sound of the door swinging open and closed forced Hase to sit up, and light footsteps followed along the wood tiles.

Amelia entered the living room, staring at Hase, who stared back at her.

"Hey," Hase whispered. "How's your recruitment?"

"That can wait." Amelia's red eyes remained glued on the seated girl before she found her spot right beside her. Her pale hand brushed along Hase's resting on her knuckles. Amelia leaned forward, kissing Hase on her cheekbone, forcing the shy girl to blush.

The red-eyed girl pecked Hase's neck, the sound of smacking filling her ears.

"Ameli." Hase breathed out.

The pale teenager roamed her free hand along Hase's thigh before climbing to the single point of Hase's jean shorts.

Amelia flashed her white fangs, clamping on the teenager's neck.

Hase shivered while Amelia broke free, revealing her bloody lower lip. The pale teenager grazed her lip with her own before sucking on it. She leaned on the spine of the couch, squinting her eyes.

"You done now?" Hase stuttered, clamping her hand on her neck with a lingering blush.

"Hmm. Mmm." Amelia hums.

"I can't see how that's supposed to take away the pain."

"So, you felt it?" Amelia spoke in a hushed tone.

Hase looked from her Vampire Friend, her palms resting along her legs.

"No."

"Exactly."

Hase whined.

"And I also don't want you getting any funny ideas with that boy." Amelia looked over at Hase, who snapped back at her.

"What boy?"

"It's not a matter of who, but a matter of what. And what you'll do is not get any funny ideas with our so-called Hotshot. He's off limits."

"Ameli, you can't make assumptions!!" Hase closed her eyes, blushing madly. "We're friends!! That's all that we'll ever be!!!"

"Good." Amelia's red, burning eyes stared into Hase, who looked over her shoulder. "You're mine, and remember our agreement."

"I know." Hase lowered her head. "He's just a nice guy. Can't you go easy on him?"

"He'd better be glad I haven't driven my fist through his skull."

"Hey, cut it out." The shy teenager said softly.

"That bowling ball saved you once. I'm the one doing the heavy lifting. Why don't I get any interest?" Amelia types into her flip phone.

"There are plenty of boys in our school."

"Pass. They'll die when I'm Eight-hundred."

"So, I can't have any fun?"

"That defeats the purpose with Gremory. And hello, I could use some fun." Amelia waved her phone, causing Hase to stiffen.

"That wouldn't work."

"As long as a penis is not near your cave. Your secret is safe with me."

"EWWW!!! Stop!" Hase covered her ears.

"I warned you, didn't I? You wanna be my divine intervention, and now you're lowered to carpet muncher."

"AAAAH!!!" Hase shrieked.

Hotshot black sneakers hit the dark gravel. He paced along the middle of the road, showered by the bright white light of a street lamp just above.

Matsuda kept his hands in his pockets, his back straight, and his black-lens goggles eyes scanning the nearly empty street ahead, which consisted of a white car and an abandoned three-story apartment building.

The vigilante whips out his phone.

APT 17: Don't be late. -_-

Amelia

Hotshot clicks his tongue, listening to his weighted steps in the night.

Hotshot climbed the flight of stairs before skipping a single step, arriving on the second floor. His eyes wandered among the violet doors of several apartments.

Matsuda halts, double-checking his phone. He raised a knuckle, giving a double knock, a pause, and a triple knock.

He stares at the door, taking in the deafening silence. Hotshot looks over his shoulder at the streets below.

"And who can't tell time?" He remarked, snapping his head toward the click of a door.

There stood a muscular man with black pigtails, a white-and-pink-edged sailor crop top clinging to his six-pack and a pink skirt that hung just above his knees.

His sharp jawline looked down at Hotshot, followed by shrinking black eyes.

"So, you came." His heavy voice made Matsuda tilt his head, his signature smirk in place.

"What? Expecting Pizza?" Hotshot opened his arms.

"This way. Nyo." The cosplaying bodybuilder stepped aside, allowing Matsuda to enter the dark apartment.

On his left, a small kitchen with a wooden table and chairs remained. A single candle illuminated the kitchen's stainless steel sink with its orange light. To his right was the living room. Two blue cotton couches and more lighting were set up on a coffee table in the center of the room.

Six people remained in the room. Susan-san remained seated in the corner of the room, katana resting on her lap; a painter with a violet butterfly emblem resting on a street artist's black-lens face mask. Color spots stuck on her grey hoodie and jeans.

A slick-haired hooligan; and his Posse remained scattered among the barely lit living room.

Standing before them, he got eyes from everyone.

"Well! Hotshot, I presume?" The Slick-haired hooligan swung his legs up to Hotshot, followed by his Posse.

"The one and only." Hotshot quip.

"Anguish." He gave a smile, opening his hand for Hotshot to take.

Matsuda took it. A feral grin took over Anguish, who only crashed Matsuda, who only raised a brow.

The hooligan furrowed his brows, going harder; Hotshot's grin twitched.

"Great. Now you're bothering him." The street artist rested her elbow on the couch's spine, her hand propped against her head while her brown ponytail swayed.

"Bitch, you always got something to say." Hooligan One glared.

"Maybe because you're a ball of sunshine and rainbows."

"I'm going to show my sunshine and rainbows if you keep at it!"

"Is that like Sexual assult?" Hooligan Two raised a non-existent brow at One.

"And there you go, dumbass!" One hissed as Anguish released Hotshot's hand. "I beg to differ who needs to go to school-"

"Shut up." Anguish lightly backhanded Hooligan one in the mouth over his shoulder. One only flinched, stepping back, clammed his mouth shut. "And you." The slick-haired hooligan smirked at Hotshot. "I wanna see if your hands run faster than your mouth. I saw the video. Not impressed."

"I didn't know you were keeping score." Matsuda opened and closed his hands. "Always the foreign judges."

"You lot sit down." The cosplaying bodybuilder entered the room, towering over everyone.

The two hooligans, followed by their leader, planted themselves on the couch across from the street artist. At the same time, Hotshot looked up at the cosplayer.

"Tea? Nyo." The bodybuilder gruffed cocking his head.

"Uh, no thank you. I had my fill. What do you go by, if you mind me asking?"

"Mil-tan." He takes a sip of his ceramic cup that barely fits his hand.

The front door swinging open and closed caught the duo's attention, revealing Amelia in her white blouse and blue jeans, staring dead into Matsuda's soul.

"Oh, look who could follow simple instructions. Who's a good boy?" Hotshot raised a brow while releasing a blush.

"Like, can you not?"

"Earn it. Take a seat. That goes for everyone!" Amelia raised her voice as she entered the Living room. "Like the initiative. Nice work, Mil-tan." She smirked at him while Hotshot and Mil-tan went to take their seats beside the street artist.

"My pleasure. Nyo." Mil-tan picked up his pink skirt, bowing. Matsuda let out a cough, beating his chest while the hooligans gave wavering smiles.

Mil-tan planted himself on the end of the couch farthest from Amelia, standing between the living room and the kitchen.

"Hope you all got acquainted." Amelia glared at everyone in the room, lingering on Susan-san.

Everyone, but Susan-san, took glances at everyone.

"Just so you know. You're not getting paid for this. Though most of you have your own merits, and I don't give a damn. Now, first. I want you on the streets, starting by tonight." Amelia paced along the front of the room.

"Do whatever you want. Stop a mugging. Beat harassers. Anything that puts out a word that we exist. All good publicity." She stopped at Anguished, who lowered his head, followed by his crew. "Kogi knows who his master is, don't you?" Amelia spoke sweetly.

"Kogi?" Hotshot mouthed, speaking no words.

"Yes. Ma'am." Anguished, let out. Clenching his knees.

"Good boy." Amelia roamed her eyes to everyone in the room, landing on Hotshot. "I don't look like much, but I'll be clear. I can make your life a living hell if you get out of line. Now. Canvas."

The street artist pulled a black duffle bag covered with color spots and splashes of paint from around the couch. A zipper zipping open filled the quiet room as she pulled a handful of flip phones in gray gloved palms.

"Burner phones." Amelia started while Canvas tossed and handed phones to everyone. "I established a private channel between them. Call. Text. Everyone's there. Now be useful and don't try to get anyone killed." She waved her hand over her shoulder before making her exit.

"Your shift ends by four. Make some friends or don't." Amelia spoke into Hotshot's ear from the phone.

"Cool." He smirked, looking to Susan-sun pacing right beside him. "Won't let you down, boss."

Hotshot and Susan turned into a corner, heading into a neighborhood.

"Matsuda," Amelia said in a low tone, causing Hotshot to lose his smile. "I mean it. So help me, you lose your partner. You're the one who's going to answer."

"I know the drill." Hotshot side-eyed Susan-sun, who gave a brief glance before snapping her gaze ahead.

"Good." The phone erupts into beeps.

Hotshot flipped the phone closed, stuffing it into his pocket. He cocked his head at Susan-san. Listening to the barely audible steps she took along the road.

"Susan-san, yes?" Susan-san flinched before remaining quiet. "Figured as much. Not much of a talker." Hotshot stuffed his hands into his pockets before whistling lightly. "I don't want to come across as rude, but are you really a girl?" Susan-san snaps her head at Matsuda. "It's kinda hard to tell who's under that armor." Susan-san's thumb ejects the katana from the sheath, inches away.

Hotshot jolts from his partner.

"Okay! Okay! Message reccevied!" He raised his hands, watching the shy samurai sheath her blade. "Damn. I'll leave it up to my imagination then." Matsuda said under his breath. He walked a foot from the samurai, who lowered her head before following after him.

'I bet it's a supermodel. Oh, please god! Let it be an adult actress.' Hotshot gave a goofy smile under his mask.

The shy samurai smacked her wrist on Hotshot's arm. This got his attention before he followed her pointed finger to a two-story house with a smashed roof.

"Well, shit," Hotshot whispered. "I was not looking forward to getting cut."

The duo sneaked towards the black steel gate of the house, while Matsuda tried the door, only for it to jolt.

"Damn." Hotshot hissed, looking back at Susan-san. "It looks like it's the old-fashioned up-and-over. Come on." He squats just before the brick wall, his back facing her. "Step on my upper back. I'll hoist you up."

Susan-san twists her fingers around the hilt of her blade before marching forward.

"Come on," Hotshot whispered while the shy samurai slowly raised her leg, pressing her grass sandals onto his upper back. "That's it." The fast talker grunted. Susan-san leaned into her palms that rested along the brick wall, placing her other sandal onto his back. "Up and over." Hotshot pushed himself to standing using his legs while Susan-san gripped the ledge of the wall. "You got it?"

The samurai swung her leg on the ledge before falling on the other side. A high-pitched yelp filled the quiet night, followed by a solid thud.

"Susan-san! Susan-san!" Hotshot shouted in a whisper before looking through the metal gate to see her on her knees, holding her back. "You okay? Damn! Sorry, I should've climbed the wall myself." Susan-san looks over her shoulder at him. "Yeah. Yeah. That's on me. I'll meet you there."

Hotshot takes a couple of steps back to the center of the road before rushing the wall. He leaped, pressing his foot on the wall before kicking up onto the ledge. Matsuda hoists himself up, swinging both legs up and over the wall. He vaults over the wall, planting his sneakers onto red clay tiles with a grunt.

He stared at Susan-san, who was on her feet, her palm on her spine. The fast talker heads for the steel gate, unlocking the door.

"Note to self. Do the climbing." Hotshot whispered, walking past Susan-san, who followed in silence.

Hotshot approached the bright wood door with an oval, blurred glass window. See pitch black. He looked to his right at Susan-san, at the side of the house, peeking in, shaking her head.

"Alright." He approached the samurai. "I'm going to find my way in." The samurai raised her hand just above her belt. "It's fine. There's already an entrance; it's up. So if they try to break it. Cut them off." Hotshot headed to the side of the house, only for a hand to grab his wrist.

He looked back at Susan-san, who was pulling a tanto (Small blade) from her belt. She placed the black scabbard into his hands, closing his fingers onto it.

Hotshot grew a smile.

"Aw! You do have a heart." The samurai punched his chest, causing him to wince. "Ack! Ah! Okay. I'll be careful." He stuffed the board into his slack pants at his waist.

Hotshot makes his way towards the storm gutter, eyeing Susan-san, who hasn't moved her gaze from him. He cracks a toothy grin before grabbing onto the storm gutter downpipe.

"Okay." He whispered, planting both feet onto the side of the gray-tile house, causing the downpipe to whine. "Up! Up!" He shouted in a whisper, clenching his jaw. Matsuda began scaling the wall, listening to the whining sing to him. "Left. Right. Left. Right. I'm gonna need to stay away from those Quarter Pounders." He grunts, climbing onto the roof. "Okay."

The fast talker snuck into the smashed window, planting his shoes onto the white, fuzzy floor. Standing before him was a kid's bedroom.

Space blankets, a desktop with a television and a gaming console, a closet, and a flat-screen TV before the wall beside the door.

"Sweet, he got Space Ranger, Danny. This kid is living good." Hotshot checks the room. Turning up no one.

He cracks the door open to the slim hall, eyeing the three doors down the dark corridor leading to the stairs below. Matsuda checks the three doors. The master bedroom, bathroom, and another kid's bedroom: a girl's.

'Either their twin's or making extra space.' Hotshot clenched his jaw, heading downstairs.

A soft whine forced him to stop. His eyes landed on the living room walls, bathed in the orange light of candles, on the blue, fuzzy floor. He continued forward. Swinging toes on the boards that protest.

His sneakers hit the fuzzy floor before his sharp jaw tensed.

Furniture was against the walls, while in the center remained a summoning circle of hell made out of grey tape. Bodies of a family of five lay waste against the wall or on the floor near the kitchen. The eyes of the thirteen-year-old boy stared across the room at the front door of the living room.

Hotshot's teeth pressed against one another before slowly unsheathing his tanto.

"Such a cock tease." A voice whined behind the fast talker.

Hotshot turned on his balls of feet, taking a blade that clashed against his. He fell onto his shoulder, rolling to his knee while his dagger remained ready.

"Ah! Yes! I think I know you." Freed taps the flat end of a silver blade along his chin with a twisted grin. "You're that vigilante who gave that gang a one. Two." He chuckled. "My little Rocky can't sleep tonight?" He cocked his head while he dragged.

"You're going to be the next blood. I spilled." Hotshot growled.

"Tch. Tch. That's not very hero-like." Freed wagged his finger. "Though I like this co-op server. I believe it's starting to go stale. Don't you agree?"

Hotshot stood, flipping the tanto blade into an overhand position facing the deranged priest. Standing in the center of the summoning circle.

"Cute. But mine is bigger!!!" Freed rushed, his eyes popping out of his sockets and his tongue dangling for the world to see.
