Ji You thought, grimacing and gritting her teeth.
"Hand it over." Mu Jianling raised her hand, tapped the table, and said.
"Okay. Coming right up." Ji You forced out a tiny smile and quickly placed the grilled skewers on a tray, aligning them neatly one by one. Then, she also prepared a glass of lemon tea.
The lemons, as it happened, were personally provided by Ji You at her own expense.
Ji You carried the tray over to Teacher Mu's side, put it down, and smiled, "Teacher, enjoy your meal."
Mu Jianling glanced at her and said, "Not bad."
Instead of eating the skewers, she picked up the lemon tea, took a small sip, and said with a smile, "The taste is pretty good."

Ji You asked, "Don't you find it sour?" This cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice had no sugar at all, and not much water added either, so it was pure lemon flavor.
Mu Jianling gave her a wry smile, "It is a bit sour indeed."
