The attack resembled one of Khan's defensive spells. Except his mana had taken the shape of bright flames instead of wild gales that conveyed the destructive nature of his element.
Also, the flames didn't expand spherically. They raged everywhere as if they were fiery waves, stretching as far as their scorching fabric allowed them to.
The swarm of ant-like mana beasts was powerless before those bright flames. The fire burned their very existence, setting the ground and air aflame while settling on the scorched surface underneath.
The ants' defeat didn't seem to satisfy the flames since their scorching tongues kept flickering around and above the spell's main body, almost acting as petals of a flower that demanded something else to burn.
