"Goodie toe shoes Josephine has done something bad. As much as that seems like a crisis in your world, it's something I could hear about tomorrow when I've rested. It's okay to do something bad you know-"
"I hired someone to kill Helen," she interrupted Kevin in a panic.
There was a silence on both their ends as one tried to comprehend what the other just said and the one was waiting to be scolded.
"Come again? My bad, I thought you just said you hired someone to kill Helen. As in Helen Reed? Helen Reed, who is Eli's girlfriend? Eli, who is our friend and kind of a maniac? I think I just heard that wrong right?" Kevin questioned giving her the opportunity to correct the nonsense she just said.
His ears were working perfectly fine but it seemed there was something wrong with Josephine's brain.
Josephine sighed, preparing for Kevin to explode on her with questions and would also scold her before he decided to talk things through to her on what to do next.
