Shumi did exactly as Alex asked, telling him about the trials she had taken.
"The first trial I took was a suppression test," she began.
Alex nodded. "Same here."
"The second trial had a spiral hedge that I had to push an uneven rock through."
Once again, it was the same as Alex. He nodded, beckoning her to continue. Shumi did.
"The third trial had pools of lava from where small fire birds sprung out to attack us. They were relatively easy to handle."
"The fourth trial had a venomous fog I had to go through."
"The fifth trial was another suppression test, this time much stronger than before. Many failed."
"The sixth trial was one where we had to pour a lot of Qi into the formation at the center. I gave up the first time around here. The second time around, I came back with many resources prepared to improve my Qi while in there."
"The seventh trial was another one with stronger fire birds. This time, they couldn't be stopped physically, so everyone but me failed."
