Three Azure Dragons waited for Alex, Pearl, and Bai Jingshen inside the palace's main hall.
The Azure Dragon patriarch, Qing Sunwen, sat in the middle seat. To the right was the Celestial Alex had seen back in the Sun's Talon realm. To the left was a female Azure Dragon that looked quite old, even when compared to the other two.
Together, the three welcomed them.
Alex bowed slightly and looked back up at the three. Pearl and Bai Jingshen gave a deeper bow, as one would expect from them.
The patriarch looked at him, then at Pearl, and then back at him. It was as if he could hardly decide who to focus on.
The male Celestial on the right had seen Pearl before, so he wasn't as surprised. He kept his eyes on Alex.
The female Celestial, however, stared at Pearl with an open look of surprise. She had heard about him before, but seeing and sensing him was much different than just hearing about him.
