"The Demonic Trees?" the Beast God said with a raised eyebrow. "I'm surprised you're aware of what they are. Did the Sword God tell you about them?"
"I'm afraid it was one of the beasts in the Land of the Blessed Sun who told me about them," Alex said. "I do not believe the humans keep records the same way, or share them as freely, so it's hard to learn anything from most of them."
"You're not… wrong, I suppose," the Beast God said. "To answer your question, it's both a coincidence and not at the same time."
Alex held a curious look, waiting for her to continue.
"The Sacred Jade Lotus is considered one of the best, if not the best, plants around to improve one's spirit. You are an alchemist, so you know that too."
Alex nodded. Although his knowledge was more geared toward making pills with the plants, the knowledge was still there that the Sacred Jade Lotus had great healing effects for Souls and Spirits.
