"Please calm down, senior," the referee quickly said as he realized he might have angered someone strong without meaning to. "It is simply the rule. You used your Qi before he—"
"It was practically at the same time," she said. "In fact, he teleported before my attack landed. Doesn't that mean he used his technique first?"
"Wow!" Alex spoke with a wildly amused look. "What a sore loser you are, Fire Sage. You can't even take a loss gracefully."
The woman's eyes narrowed as anger boiled within her even more.
"Is there a problem here?" someone asked as they walked onto the arena.
Immediately, their aura expanded, strong enough to contend with the Fire Sage's aura.
