Khione was inspired by her lover's words, her attachment towards him climbing to the point of obsession. The look in her eyes enough to make any sane man shiver in fear but for Frost this only made him adore her more. Finally her obsession was slowly catching up to his own.
Though it was difficult to see at first glance and perhaps even with a second or third Frost was a very possessive man when it came to affection. It wasn't in the sense that jealousy would run rampant leading him to commit acts of atrocity for the smallest of slights but more of what he demanded from those he viewed as lovers. His love was deep and intense; some may even say consuming. A heavy burden to endure but one that also promised substantial reward.
Khione may not understand fully yet but as their relationship progressed she'd soon find herself unable to escape, willingly and happily binding herself to his side.
